Marking Period #4
My final marking period is over. I feel I went into overdrive over the last two months. I pumped out a bunch of art,probably more then any other marking period. I also had my first experience setting up for the art show which was great but stressful as well. Overall for the year I think i was very successful, and others agree judging by my best in show award at the art show. My focus over all the year was good as well. It was the first time i have ever worked for so long with one goal in mind, and it was extremely awarding for it to all pay off. The only thing i would do differently is maybe stray away from shoes for some of my work but over all I think i am deserving of an “A” because i really feel i put the work in.
Marking Period #3

During this marking period I was able to completely finish my huge shoes, my chandelier, I created the shoe on canvas pieces, did a design page for a sneaker I designed and three gourmet posters, I also experimented with a display case and have been devising up plans for the art show. Over all I think it was a pretty good marking period for me.

Marking Period #2 1/21/10
This has been a rough marking period. Over the past three months I have done more work then probably all of last year. In art I accomplished a lot though. I made my wearable sneakers, four giant sneakers, almost finished my chandelier, and I have started my own sneaker design on illustrator. As far as I am concerned I have done all of my assignments (I may be wrong), and have demonstrated good work ethic. Art is the most important class to me and I really hope that shows in my final products. My GPA is in the gutter right now, but I think I am deserving of an A because this is the one class I feel I haven’t slipped this marking period.
I think I am deserving of an A. I say this because I have done all my papers, completed my sketchbook and have kept busy the entire marking period even through trying times. As you are aware I have the make a shoe project, which hit a rather large bump since there is no sewing machine, but I was able to find alterative with my illustrator projects. I am proud of all the work I have done to this point. My only fall back was not really know what I was doing with the papers and what each one was for and how to do each one but I am learning quickly and I am looking forward to next marketing period.
